Sitara is the residential studio born out of DC Builders, focused exclusively on luxury custom homes in the Pacific Northwest. Where DC Builders takes on commercial work and large-scale specialty structures nationwide, Sitara was built to bring that same depth of craft to the homes we make here at home.

Dustin Gruetter
President
Dustin Gruetter is the founder and President of Sitara Homes, and the founder of DC Builders.
Over the past 20+ years, he has led the design, construction, and delivery of hundreds of complex building projects nationwide, including luxury homes, wineries, event venues, and large-scale commercial facilities.
His background in both construction and prefabrication systems brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to every Sitara project, ensuring alignment from early design through final delivery.
Cole Hansen
Vice President
Cole Hansen oversees sales, design coordination, and preconstruction, bringing over two decades of experience across both field and leadership roles.
His background includes luxury custom homes, hospitality projects, and large-scale specialty structures, with a consistent focus on aligning client vision with real-world execution.
At Sitara Homes, Cole works closely with clients during early project phases, ensuring that design, budget, and build strategy are fully aligned before construction begins.
Josh Tittle
Construction Manager
Josh Tittle leads construction execution, overseeing on-site operations, scheduling, and trade coordination.
He has managed a wide range of complex builds, with a focus on maintaining quality, efficiency, and accountability across every phase of construction.
At Sitara Homes, Josh ensures that each project is executed with precision—keeping work progressing smoothly while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the build.
Vito Cerelli
Director of Architectural Design
Vito Cerelli brings a unique, diverse background in design, architecture, and construction, and leads the architectural design team at Sitara Homes.
He shapes the creative direction of our custom homes designed in-house, and works closely with our partner architects to keep quality and precision at the center of every project.
He is also the CEO of Arch Cape Loft, the Oregon Coast’s first high-end boutique hotel.
Rochelle Talwar
Lead Interior Designer
Rochelle leads interior design at Sitara Homes, bringing more than twenty-five years of experience shaping residential and commercial interiors with quality, innovation, and a strong sense of place.
She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from California State University, Fresno’s FIDER-accredited Interior Design and Architecture programs, and built her career through senior roles at Walter Barrett & Company in Seattle, Creative Touch Interiors in Southern California, and ReFind Kitchens in San Diego, where she served as Principal Designer of the firm’s largest residential projects.
